Every presenter has 10-15 minutes for presentation. Thank you in advance to follow all the instructions.
Please prepare the presentations in a PPT version and send it on tajnistvo@llacademia.com . Please send us your PPT presentation to 10 th March 2023. After deadline organizers are not responsible that your presentation will be presented.
CONFERENCE AUDIENCE
The audience for the International Mentoring Conference are: HR managers, specialists, professors, teachers, researchers, analysts. They work in private companies, public organisations, colleges, schools, government, employment agencies.
CONFERENCE THEME and PRESENTATION FOCUS AREAS
We encourage conference proposals that highlight creative solution to braking barriers that many people experience in their career development. These barriers can be internal or external. Perhaps more than ever, we need innovative approaches that apply theory and research to achieve equity and empower lives.
- HR managers are invited to present the new approaches (which process of mentoring they are use or suggest).
- Specialists and researchers are invited to present the worldwide solutions for promoting their results and progress.
- Mentoring Project managers are invited to prepare the reports about the results of the mentoring projects.
- Authors of books: Invited to present their new books.
- Academic professors are invited to present their new projects or projects that have already been completed and what are their results in mentoring process.
- Teachers are invited to present their new projects or projects that have already been completed and what are their results in mentoring process.
*All of the above are just organizer suggestions. Presenters can prepare the content by their own.

Be clear and concise. Proposals are limited in length. Please follow the instruction below.

Deadline for Submission: Midnight EST on Friday, March 10, 2023. Submissions will not be reviewed past this time unless otherwise stated on the LLA website and organizer will not prepare the handouts.
A/V EQUIPMENT/INTERNET CONNECTIONS
Presentation meeting rooms will be equipped with head table, screen, LCD/Data projector, electric for equipment and Internet. Audio visual equipment such as flipcharts and audio connections are available upon request. Conference management will not provide computers, laptops, or any other type of computer equipment. Presenters must bring their own computer equipment or incur the cost individually. No A/V equipment will be available for roundtable sessions. Internet connections will be available to presenters.
HANDOUTS
Presenters are responsible for providing a minimum of 50 handouts per session. Room capacity may necessitate a higher quantity of handouts, and you will be notified in advance to the size of your presentation room. Please prepare handouts in advance of the event. On-site photocopying will be available at the presenter’s expense. When possible, presenters are requested to provide an electronic version of any presentation handouts that will be included with the presentation description on the Conference APP. Details on electronic submission of handouts will be sent directly to program chairs.
PRESENTATION PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS
Proposals and presentations should reference relevant literature and IMC publications as applicable. Please limit your submission to the specific amount or characters/words. Any additional verbiage won’t be given to the reviewers. Please review the Call for Proposals Information thoroughly before submitting your proposal to ensure you and your presenters are in agreement with all requirements.
