Main purpose of International Mentoring Conference (IMC) is to present professional mentoring programmes from different countries.

We cordially invite you to participate in the 3rd International Mentoring Conference of Life Learning Academia and Dundee Centre of Business Excellence (DCBE) in Dundee, Scotland, March 1-2, 2024.<\/p>\n

The conference<\/strong><\/p>\n

The conference's main purpose is to disseminate research results, exchange experiences and identify key issues, challenges and obstacles, with special focus on Good mentoring programs and models, while also covering the fields of training, coaching and good practices. The organizer provides an interdisciplinary platform for all participants to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in specific fields.<\/p>\n

The conference is an opportunity to promote and strengthen further cooperation and networking, and to allow for the exchange of ideas of researchers from different countries, from different research fields and from different levels of scientific and research careers. Given that Life Learning Academia and Dundee Centre of Business Excellence (DCBE), is one of the leading regional centres in the EU, where modern processes are being developed, the conference program will also place an emphasis on how to introduce and provide added value with the introduction of virtual mentoring education.<\/p>\n
